How to make a formal complaint

To make a formal complaint or raise a concern, please contact:

Miniflora SEND Support CIC

Registered office: 32 Eyre Street, Sheffield, United Kingdom, S1 4QZ
Company number: 17483957

Please include your name, contact details, a clear description of your complaint or concern, relevant dates and what outcome you are seeking. We will handle your information confidentially and only share it where necessary to review or respond to your concern.

Our registered office is for official correspondence and is not a walk-in support location.

Is your concern about someone’s safety?

A safeguarding concern is different from a general complaint. If information suggests that a child, young person or adult may be at risk of harm, Miniflora may need to follow its safeguarding procedures and share relevant information with the appropriate service.

Miniflora is not an emergency service.

If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.

What if I’m still unhappy?

If you remain unhappy after Miniflora responds, you can ask for the concern to be reviewed again.

Where your complaint relates to another organisation or regulated professional, Miniflora may explain which external complaints process or professional body may be relevant.

For data protection concerns, you may also have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Feedback helps us improve.

Raising a concern will not affect your ability to use Miniflora fairly or respectfully. We would rather know when something has gone wrong so we have the opportunity to understand it and improve.
